Mondo Pet is a project and brand of PhytoItalia S.r.l.
The Right of Withdrawal consists of the consumer’s ability to withdraw, within fourteen (14) working days, from any distance purchase and receive a full refund of the amount paid, without any penalty, as provided by Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99, which also includes purchases made via the Internet.
The only non-refundable expenses will be shipping costs, which remain excluded from the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except in the cases of exclusion provided below. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to PhytoItalia S.r.l. within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

After verifying the integrity of all product components and related accompanying elements, PhytoItalia will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, EXCEPT for shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of the aforementioned verifications.
The right applies to the purchased Product in its entirety; therefore, if the Product consists of multiple components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the purchased Product.
The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the returned product is not intact, meaning:
1. The original packaging is missing;
2. Elements that are an integral part of the product are missing;
3. The product is damaged for reasons other than transport.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:
